Responsibilities

Maintain standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead
Perform cost variance analysis and support cost reduction efforts
Support month-end close (inventory, WIP, cost entries)
Analyze BOMs and routings within the ERP system
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and pricing analysis
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of manufacturing cost accounting experience (aerospace preferred)
Strong knowledge of standard costing and inventory accounting
ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Costpoint, Net Suite, or similar)
Advanced Excel skills
