SUMMARY OF POSITION
This is a production-focused role that supports ecommerce growth by combining hands-on asset creation with digital asset management. You'll support the creation of ecommerce assets while owning the organization, tagging, delivery, and long-term maintenance of content across United Sports Brands' portfolio. You should bring strong production discipline, flawless organization, and a process-first mindset. Your work ensures every asset is accurate, optimized, on-brand, and immediately accessible to the teams who need them.

Marketing Project Manager
- Produce products, lifestyle, and info graphic PDP assets for DTC and retail channels, including Amazon A+ Content, Amazon Brand Store pages, and Walmart Brand Pages.
- Apply strong typography, composition, and layout skills to create clear, conversion-focused ecommerce.
- Use AI tools (Nano Banana 2.0, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT and other) to generate supplemental imagery such as alternate angles, hollow bodies, product detail renders, environment extensions, and info graphic components to support PDP and ecommerce storytelling.
- Resize, crop, retouch, and reformat.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Create mockups for internal reviews, retailer needs, and marketing decks.
- Support designers and cross-functional partners with production-ready files and revisions.
- Ensure files meet all production requirements including specs, color, naming, and export protocols.
- Own the end-to-end digital asset lifecycle: intake, tagging, rights tracking, version control, delivery, and archival.
- Manage the DAM (Brandfolder): metadata structures, naming conventions, folder hierarchies, governance, and user permissions.
- Maintain shared server organization and ensure all directories follow consistent structures.
- Deliver assets across Salsify, Amazon, DTC platforms, retailer portals, and field marketing.
- Maintain Figma libraries with updated work.
- Support ecommerce product photography workflows (pre and post-production), ensuring assets flow into the DAM cleanly and accurately.
- Document systems: where assets live, how they're tagged, how teams should navigate the ecosystem, and how requests should be routed.
- Communicate proactively when new toolkits or assets are available, including early notifications, clear distribution lists, organized asset drops, and cross-team updates to ensure immediate adoption.
- Maintain archival libraries for legacy campaigns and evergreen content.
- Participate in team status meetings and creative reviews.
- Translate feedback into final, production-ready deliverables.
- Maintain strong file-building discipline across all projects.
- Work efficiently while managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Use AI tools (i.e.: Nano Banana 2.0, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT) to generate new product imagery, info graphic concepts, and automated tagging inputs.
- Refine metadata taxonomies and asset categorization using AI-assisted workflows.
- Explore scalable AI solutions to improve discoverability, accelerate production, and support creative needs.
- This is a full-time position
- Typical work hours and days are Monday Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- This position is based out of the Fountain Valley, CA office
- This position is expected to travel approximately 0% OR No travel is expected for this position.
- This position requires in-office attendance at least 4 days per week (subject to increase in future).
The Company is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
- The salary range for this role in Fountain Valley, CA is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00.
- In addition, you may be eligible for additional compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including health & wellness benefits, retirement, time off, employee discounts, and others.
- This position does not have any leadership requirements and/or responsibilities.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
- 45 years in production design, digital asset management, or creative operations for an ecommerce-focused brand or retailer.
- Experience collaborating within a multi-disciplinary creative team.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Hands-on experience with DAM platforms (Brandfolder and Salsify preferred).
- Familiarity with Amazon creative requirements including A+ Content, Brand Store layouts, image specifications, compliance, and conversion-focused best practices.
- Strong understanding of file formats, compression standards, and optimization for ecommerce.
