A leading outpatient treatment center in Fountain Valley is seeking a Case Manager for their Substance Abuse and Mental Health Program. This role involves supporting and mentoring patients during outpatient treatment, conducting assessments, planning discharges, and facilitating therapy sessions. Candidates must hold current certifications in addiction counseling, have experience as a Case Manager, and possess strong communication and clinical skills.

Competitive compensation of $24.00 – $32.00 per hour is offered.
