Bilingual Employee Relations Supervisor (Spanish)
Location:
Fountain Valley, CA
Pay Rate: $47.12 - $55.29 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Are you an experienced HR leader with a passion for employee relations, workplace compliance, and investigations? Join a dynamic organization where you'll play a key role in supporting employees and HR teams across multiple locations while helping foster a positive, compliant, and productive work environment.
Job Duties- Lead and support employee relations investigations from intake through resolution
- Coach and mentor HR Business Partners on investigations, corrective actions, and policy interpretation
- Review disciplinary actions and termination decisions for consistency and compliance
- Partner with legal counsel on employment claims, litigation, subpoenas, mediations, and arbitrations
- Conduct complex workplace investigations and prepare detailed case documentation
- Analyze HR metrics, prepare reports, and support compliance audits
- Maintain and update employee relations policies and programs
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Travel up to 20% as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources and Employee Relations experience
- Experience leading HR professionals or HR Business Partners
- Strong background in workplace investigations, employee discipline, and employment law
- Experience supporting employment claims and litigation matters
- Bilingual Spanish skills preferred
