Position Overview

The Data Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data to support strategic initiatives across various departments. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of supply chain operations within the automotive parts industry. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SQL, Python, and BI tools while demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.

• Analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts, and distribution efficiency across North America.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau for cross-functional teams.
• Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to order accuracy, fill rates, and supply chain performance

• Collaborate with the Logistics, Sales, and Operations teams to identify inefficiencies and propose data-backed solutions.
• Utilize historical data to forecast demand, reduce excess inventory

• Maintain data integrity and accuracy across ERP, WMS, and CRM systems
  .
• Develop data validation processes to identify discrepancies and ensure clean, reliable datasets
  .

• Work closely with IT and Business Intelligence teams to develop automated reporting processes

• Partner with leadership to translate complex data insights into practical, business-friendly recommendations.

• Evaluate and optimize existing data models and develop new models to support evolving business needs
  .
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support executive decision-making and operational improvements
