Supply Chain Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Associate to support our inventory and procurement operations. This role is critical in maintaining accurate stock records, optimizing material flow, and ensuring efficient supply chain execution across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems (preferably SAGE) and a strong understanding of inventory control best practices.

• Manage the receipt of inventory into the ERP system (SAGE) to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
• Execute and document inventory transfers between multiple warehouse locations.
• Perform inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels and investigate discrepancies.
• Lead and coordinate cycle counts to support regular audits and continuous inventory accuracy.
• Create and manage PO's, including vendor communication, follow-up, and updates in the ERP system.
• Support PO lifecycle management, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
• Coordinate and communicate with vendors to confirm order status, resolve delays, and ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Provide shipping and receiving support, including preparing shipments, generating packing slips, and working with logistics providers.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting on inventory accuracy, purchasing trends, and supply chain metrics to support operational decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute other supply chain-related tasks as assigned, including process improvements and special projects.

• 1-3 years of experience in a supply chain, inventory, or operations role.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAGE experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with vendor coordination and logistics is a plus.
