Dental Patient Coordinator

Join Peak Dental Services as a Dental Patient Coordinator in our family dental practice, Fountain Dental Center. This full‑time position offers a supportive environment where you can grow your career while delivering excellent patient service.

Monday‑Friday, 7:45 am – 5:00 pm

$23–25 /hr, plus attainable bonus opportunities

• Deliver a distinctive patient experience in person and over the phone.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, check patients in/out, and collect co‑pays.
• Update patient demographics in the practice management system.
• Perform front‑office duties such as refilling the coffee machine and checking bathroom supplies.
• Maintain a clean and well‑stocked waiting area.
• Notify the team when patients arrive promptly and courteously.
• Collect co‑pays and patient balances in person and over the phone.
• Use patient communication software to send appointment confirmations.

• 2+ years of dental front office experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience with Denticon software is a plus.
• Working knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Excellent typing skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
