In our one‑to‑one ABA setting, you'll work hands‑on with children (18 months to 8 years) using ethical, evidence‑based ABA techniques in a supportive, center‑based environment.
Responsibilities- Apply ABA principles to help children with Autism reach their full potential by following treatment plans, implementing interventions, collecting data, writing insurance notes, and applying supervisor feedback.
- Support child development through engaging therapeutic activities.
- Collaborate with a team to optimize treatment, safety, and a fun working experience.
- Engage children through play, movement, and imitation, fostering a joyful atmosphere.
- Communicate positively with peers, families, and supervisors to coordinate activities and celebrate successes.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, squat, and move quickly to stay engaged with young children while maintaining safety.
- Maintain tidy, organized play spaces conducive to therapy.
- Multitask and prioritize safely in a fast‑paced environment.
- Support teams across multiple centers, including travel as needed.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- Complete the RBT certification process within 20 days of employment.
- Guaranteed full‑time hours even if patients cancel.

- Bachelors: $20.00 – $25.50
- Masters: $20.00 – $28.00
- Childcare (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor, etc.)
- Mental health professionals and advocates (QMHP, behavioral health technicians)
- Camp counselors, volunteers, or Sunday school teachers
- Degrees in teaching, special education, sociology, psychology, or related fields
- Paraprofessional, direct support, or life skills assistant experience
- Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
