Position: HR Generalist Manager I

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Issue resolution, including but not limited to: hotline calls response, investigation and follow‑up, corrective action/performance management consulting, and policy interpretation.
  • Employee engagement initiatives – engagement action plan development and follow‑up, celebration activities point of contact/coordinator.
  • Talent acquisition – recruit and make hiring decisions for hourly food service positions.
  • Payroll processor for Aramark employees, and benefits assistance as needed.
  • On‑boarding programs and initiatives to support hourly new hires.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Must have a minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or the equivalent.
  • Employment relations experience including conducting investigations and resolution development is preferred.
  • Proven ability to effectively interact, communicate and consult with multiple levels of management on a routine basis.
  • Ability to train and present to management and staff.
  • Organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
  • Must take initiative to improve processes as needed.
