Location:

Fountain, CO. Full‑time position with Your Wireless, a Verizon Authorized Retailer expanding across Connecticut, Louisiana, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia in 2024.

Up to $30.00 per hour or more, including base hourly rate, commissions and incentives. • Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on all Verizon products and services offered.
• Meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handle all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy their needs.
• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with assigned tasks.
• Complete all required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
• Develop professional skills to take on additional responsibilities that lead to career advancement opportunities.

• 1+ year of experience in a similar retail role, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless business.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and customer service.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations within the assigned district as business needs dictate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the U.S.
