Maintenance Technician

Overview

Maintenance Technician role at Love's Travel Stops. We are looking for individuals who can help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment, assist management to keep operations running smoothly, and contribute to customer satisfaction.

• Provide general customer service duties in a customer-facing role, including assisting customers and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Operate tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations, including repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration, plumbing, and site inspections.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership roles as needed.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction by following company safety policies and procedures.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds; work in varying temperatures.
