• Starting salary $22.00 – $25.00 per hour*

Waste disposal site in Fountain, CO. Monday – Friday, 7am – 5pm.

• Operate heavy equipment (bulldozers, scrapers, front‑end loaders) in compliance with safety policies.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform preventive maintenance; maintain accurate records.
• Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical.
• Over 18 years of age.

• Work independently and take accountability for safety guidelines.
• Good communication and support for colleagues.
• Problem‑solving skills while working independently.

• Motor coordination with finger dexterity for most of the workday.
• Handling objects less than 30 lbs occasionally.
• Exposure to physical occupational risks and environment with dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes.
• Normal setting: shop or field.
