As you progress through the Manager Trainee program, your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will work alongside you to develop your understanding of our business and help prepare you to take on a management role in the near future.

• Learn and apply Menards operating procedures and policies.
• Assist Department Managers with store operations, inventory, and customer service.
• Develop leadership skills and the ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and on‑the‑job instruction.
• Prepare for and complete the Manager Trainee assessment program.

• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a Business‑related degree preferred.
