As an Experienced Car Salesman
, you will guide customers through every stage of the vehicle purchasing process, from initial contact and vehicle selection to financing coordination, delivery, and post-sale follow-up. Your ability to build relationships, provide exceptional service, and consistently achieve sales goals will be key to your success.

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong closing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
• Proficient with CRM systems, lead management, and follow-up processes.
• Ability to prospect, generate referrals, and develop repeat business.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership software systems.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and scheduled dealership events.
