Position: Administrative Assistant - Adult Day Heath

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Assistant - Adult Day Heath

Location: 225 Foxborough Blvd #103, Foxborough, MA 02035

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Dayshift | 40 Hours

Wage: $20-22 per hour

Department: Office Support & Food Program Support

No weekends, no evenings, no on-call shifts!

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and take meeting minutes as needed.
  • Process administrative paperwork including employment requisitions, invoices, and expense vouchers.
  • Review and prepare non-routine documents such as purchase requisitions, performance reports, and work orders.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate equipment repairs.
  • Set up and oversee confidential files and sensitive records.
  • Communicate with vendors, staff, and external partners.
  • Assist with special projects and prepare reports using established formats.
  • Track and manage company equipment (computers, fobs), including reclaiming items from departing employees.
  • Support compliance with State, Federal, and company policies.
  • Assist with Human Resources tasks and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Provide support to the CACFP program: invoicing, tracking, enrollment reports, and communication with dietitians.
  • Collaborate with administrative teammates to assist with overflow tasks.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Strong proofreading, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Reliable time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Physical ability to perform light work (lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally).
