This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. AdministrativeAssistant - Adult Day Heath
Location: 225 Foxborough Blvd #103, Foxborough, MA 02035
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Dayshift | 40 Hours
Wage: $20-22 per hour
Department: Office Support & Food Program Support
No weekends, no evenings, no on-call shifts!
Key Responsibilities- Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and take meeting minutes as needed.
- Process administrative paperwork including employment requisitions, invoices, and expense vouchers.
- Review and prepare non-routine documents such as purchase requisitions, performance reports, and work orders.
- Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate equipment repairs.
- Set up and oversee confidential files and sensitive records.
- Communicate with vendors, staff, and external partners.
- Assist with special projects and prepare reports using established formats.
- Track and manage company equipment (computers, fobs), including reclaiming items from departing employees.
- Support compliance with State, Federal, and company policies.
- Assist with Human Resources tasks and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Provide support to the CACFP program: invoicing, tracking, enrollment reports, and communication with dietitians.
- Collaborate with administrative teammates to assist with overflow tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of administrative support experience.
- Strong proofreading, writing, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Reliable time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Physical ability to perform light work (lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally).
