Audio Visual Technician

Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $20.00/hr

This position is responsible for set‑up, testing, operation, and tear down of audio‑visual equipment for client events and meetings, as produced by the Gillette Stadium Special Events department.

• Set up, test, operate, and tear down audio‑visual equipment for events (video switchers, audio mixers, and cameras).
• Maintain customer service standards of the Gillette Stadium Special Events department.
• Assist with proper handling, storage, maintenance, and inventory of all event technology equipment.
• Complete special projects and assignments as business dictates.

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

• 0–2 years of experience in live event production or related multimedia experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of audio and video signal flow.
• Basic knowledge of the setup and operation of standard event technology, such as video switchers, audio mixers, and cameras.
• General knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote, and Mac/PC platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills, organized, and detail oriented.
• High initiative work ethic and communication skills.
• Associate’s Degree required.

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Bend and be able to lift 40 lbs.
