OverviewWe are looking for a Part‑time Teller to provide excellent customer service, process transactions, maintain accurate cash drawers, and uphold our risk management standards.
Responsibilities- Welcome customers and provide exceptional service while minimizing wait times.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other banking transactions.
- Handle cash and keep accurate cash drawer balances.
- Follow all bank policies and procedures to prevent fraud and manage risk.
- Identify and cross‑sell bank products to deepen relationships.
- Use digital tools to educate customers on self‑service options.
- Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Support nearby branches when required by business needs.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
- Minimum 6 months cash‑handling experience (required).
- Minimum 6 months demonstrated customer‑service experience (required).
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to identify and report potential risk issues.
- Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
- Effective listening and communication skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
- Energetic, organized, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills.
- Availability for branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through experience, training, military service, or education.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
Base pay range: $29,250.00 USD – $45,000.00 USD per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
