Your Role and Responsibilities- Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment for all backgrounds.
- Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy, fostering healing and resilience.
- Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to empower clients on their mental health journey.
- Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to enhance client care.
- Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and treatment plans, maintaining the highest professional standards.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and fellow therapists for a holistic approach to mental health care.
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
- Provisional license as required by state regulations.
- A passion for mental health and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Northeast Health Services is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $42.50 – $47.50 per billable unit, with actual compensation varying based on licensure, experience, and market-driven enhancements.
