Position at National Home Infusion Association (Bio Matrix Specialty Pharmacy) – Foxborough, MA (Onsite). Full‑time. Scheduled Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET.

Salary Range: $135,000 – $188,000 annually

Bonus: $5,000 retention bonus after required service period

The Pharmacy Manager, PIC oversees daily pharmacy operations, ensures regulatory compliance, leads clinical and technical teams, and supports safe, effective specialty medication management.

• Serve as Pharmacist‑in‑Charge and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
• Review and verify prescriptions; oversee specialty drug therapy management
• Lead, train, and supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
• Collaborate with intake, nursing, reimbursement, and quality teams
• Support staffing, workflow optimization, and performance improvement initiatives
• Provide patient counseling and serve as escalation point for clinical issues

• BS or Pharm
  
  D from an ACPE‑accredited school
• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts Pharmacist license
• Strong leadership experience in pharmacy operations
• Solid knowledge of specialty or infusion therapies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Sterile Compounding (USP 797)

• Connecticut Pharmacist license (or willingness to obtain)
• 3+ years in specialty, infusion, hospital, or retail pharmacy
• Experience managing pharmacy teams
• Familiarity with Care Tend and payer requirements
