Caregiver Position Schedules

SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Foxborough, MA. We are seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers who are committed to providing quality in-home care and helping clients maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling for both short-hour and long-hour shifts.

• $20 to $23 per hour

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed

• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when necessary

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Report client needs or changes to the care team

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable providing care independently in a client's home

• Reliable and able to fulfill agreed-upon shifts
