SummaryThe Recruiter will be responsible for full life‑cycle recruiting including short and long‑term sourcing strategy, candidate screening and selection for various operating entities and functional disciplines, including senior and highly competitive technical and non‑technical positions.
Duties and Responsibilities- Ensure assigned requisitions are filled with high‑caliber talent within prescribed timelines, diversity goals, and candidate stability criteria to reduce turnover.
- Monitor key recruiting metrics to assess strategy effectiveness using HR KPIs (Dashboard & Paycom).
- Evaluate candidate profiles and assessments via HR AI tools and perform virtual pre‑screening to determine job fit and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate panel interviews, rating reviews, and selection decisions; prepare offer letters and facilitate reference checks.
- Streamline onboarding and orientation in partnership with Corporate HR.
- Utilize recruitment tools and sourcing platforms (ATS, Linked In, Circa, social media, etc.) to acquire talent.
- Cultivate long‑term relationships with sourcing networks and candidates, ensuring positive engagement throughout the process.
- Maintain ATS candidate files for future database management.
- Distribute weekly recruiting reports to Division Heads and communicate search status with stakeholders.
- Plan and support recruiting events to promote company culture and brand.
- Execute special projects and assignments as business dictates.
- Manage personally identifiable information and protect confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Skills and Qualifications- 3+ years of experience as a recruiter.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and passion for building great candidate experiences.
- Hands‑on experience with applicant tracking systems, interview and sourcing platforms, and database management.
- Experience partnering across multiple disciplines with diverse leaders.
- Curiosity, resourcefulness, team orientation, and coachable mindset.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Regular sitting and computer use.
- Frequent talking and hearing.
- Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, focus adjustment.
