SUMMARY
This position is primarily responsible for the timely management of all employee and labor relation issues with the objective of successfully resolving issues while minimizing risk to the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- This position has no supervisory responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree required, Human Resources, Criminal Justice or Pre-Law preferred.
- 4+ years of experience, HR Related Preferred.
- Must demonstrate confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Must have attention to detail and focused concentration.
- Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently.
- Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow.
- Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands on the computer.
- The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

- The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
