We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Truck Manager to oversee the operations of our truck center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the truck center efficiently, maintaining and growing a positive team, upholding strong relationships with fleet customers, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

• Manage all aspects of the truck center, including staffing and service operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and parts departments to optimize center performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the truck center team to achieve business goals.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to fleet clients.

• Proven experience managing a commercial truck center or similar facility.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with fleet customers.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional understanding of commercial truck operations, maintenance, and sales processes.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

• Minimum of 3‑5 years experience in commercial truck management, automotive management, or fleet services.
