Salary Range: $17.31 - $28.37 Hourly

DescriptionSUMMARY: Prep cook for hot and cold foods in several stadium locations. May involve cooking in public and interacting with clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
- Minimum 1 year of upscale food production in high volume catering operation or restaurant
- Culinary degree or certification preferred
- Basic kitchen skills:
Proper knife usage, safely use kitchen equipment to process foods, some hot food preparation - Excellent attendance
- Devoted learner
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud
- Kitchen setting
- Serve Safe certification
