• Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments meet their goals.
• Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, crew, quality food production, customer service, safety, security, scheduling and training.

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule who enjoys fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our Owner Operator restaurants.
• Outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow, ability to excel in a fast‑paced team environment.
