Club Server

Club Server – The Kraft Group & Affiliates

Pay range: $15.00/hr – $20.00/hr

The primary duty of the Club Server position is to interact with patrons by receiving, processing, and facilitating orders on Point of Sale (POS) devices.

• Welcome patrons as they arrive.
• Accept and process orders for patrons on the POS device.
• Relay orders to the kitchen in a timely manner.
• Assemble and serve orders to patrons.
• Assist patrons with carrying purchased items to tables as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure an exemplary overall experience.
• Maintain proper product availability, including serving ware, condiments, and other guest requests.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure all equipment is working and report issues to management.
• Perform special projects and assignments as business dictates.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
• Be organized and attentive to detail.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Required to talk or hear frequently.
• Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
• Close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision required.

• Densely populated on event days.
• Work area noise level is usually loud on event days.

• SERVESAFE certification.
• TEAM certification.
