SUMMARY: The talented cook will be responsible for preparing foods live in front of guests. Requires interaction and pleasant demeanor. Must show full competence in grilling meats, sauté station and/or expediting. Ideal candidate will have already achieved a high level of culinary success and competency line cooking. Schedule will be Patriots home games. Additional opportunities for other ticketed events available but optional.

• This position has no supervisory responsibility

• Highly experienced in upscale food production
• Demonstrate appropriate skill for the specific assignment to include Grilling/Broiling/Sauté/Expedite
• Ability to communicate with clients and staff
• Availability to work nights and weekends
• Food Safety Trained

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

• Open kitchen, cook to order setting
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud on event days
• In view of customers

• Serve Safe certification preferred
