Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate Base Pay Range

$15.00/hr - $20.00/hr

The Retail Warehouse Associate position will assist with daily functions of the Retail Operations Department.

• Prepare merchandise to be sold for all retail locations
• Pick merchandise from inventory for retail branch fulfillment
• Conduct quality control for outgoing transfers and keep accurate notes for supervisor
• Quickly learn product assortment: categories, vendors, styles, colors and sizes
• Count daily shipments
• Maintain a clean, neat and organized workspace
• Lift and move boxes of inventory
• Special projects as business dictates

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

• Previous Retail/Warehouse experience
• Ability to work flexible schedule and hours
• Must be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
• Must value accuracy and attention to detail
• Can-do attitude, able to manage workload in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

• Regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel
• Frequently required to talk or hear
• Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to climb ladders
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

• Noise level is usually moderate
