Primary PurposeThe Service Technician operates a company service truck and drives to various locations to service, pump, and clean portable restrooms and/or holding tanks. This role is central to our business.
Essential Functions- Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with USS and DOT requirements.
- Perform all work in a safe manner following USS and DOT safety standards to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Work activities may include sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; lifting/pushing between 50 and 150 lbs. frequently.
- Service portable toilets to USS 8-point standard.
- Engage with customers on site to ensure services meet their expectations.
- Be flexible to meet customer needs when routes are adjusted or changed.
- Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator to maximize efficiency and service quality.
- Anticipate and discuss customer needs to plan for current and future portable toilet requirements.
- Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
- Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
- Excellent time management, customer service, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Sit while driving and stand during service work.
- Use hands and fingers to handle tools and controls; perform repetitive motions.
- See details at various distances; speak clearly; understand speech.
- Walk up to 30 minutes at a time without exertion; enter and exit equipment by stepping and kneeling.
- Lift up to 40 lbs from waist to shoulder; lift 30 lbs from floor to head; crouch and squat; push/pull up to 100 lbs.

Salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position across locations in the US. Individual pay is determined by location, skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
Salary Range$19.49 – $26.32 / hour
