A growing human services nonprofit is seeking a Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities. This role will play a key part in maintaining financial accuracy, improving processes, and supporting the organization's mission.

Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Maintain the general ledger and prepare financial reports.
• Oversee accounts payable, expense management, and corporate card programs using Ramp.
• Utilize Net Suite for accounting, reporting, and process improvements.
• Assist with audits, budgeting, and nonprofit compliance requirements.
• Support internal controls and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
• Strong experience with Net Suite and Ramp highly preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.
