• Providing administrative support to providers and care center coordinators.
• Handling office ad‑hoc duties such as maintaining schedules, preparing and mailing patient results letters, updating and sending out recall letters, scanning and indexing of reports and encounter forms.
• Scanning of billing charges to RCM team, distributing results and appointment requests from the fax press.
• Assisting the care coordinators and manager with overflow work as needed by the care center.
• Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Computer skills required.
• Looking for part‑time work 15‑20hrs a week. This job is in‑person, not remote.
