Merchandise Processor

This is a contract opportunity and an in-office position in Framingham, MA. We’re seeking a Merchandise Sample Assistant to support the processing, organization, and movement of merchandise samples. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift and transport packages. You’ll work normal business hours, with the potential to participate in “summer Fridays” by adjusting hours as directed by your supervisor.

• Assist with opening, organizing, and shipping merchandise samples.
• Support the clean-up and flow of samples and packaging.
• Move samples to designated building locations and conference rooms.
• Properly handle, package, and secure merchandise for transport.
• Perform heavy lifting as needed (up to 50+ lbs).

• Clear communication skills for working with merchants and team members.
• Ability to organize and manage sample flow effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow handling procedures.
• Previous mailroom or shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds.

• 36.25-hour work week, Monday–Friday, 9–5 pm.
• Opportunity to participate in summer Fridays.
• Potential for contract extension and conversion to permanent role.
• Contractors will not require laptop or systems access.

Pay Range: $18–$19/hour
