We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone seeking steady, flexible work during school-day hours.
What you'll do:- Process and review weekly timesheets
- Prepare and send client invoices
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, email, and scheduling
- Support the operations team as needed
- Previous administrative or office experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace platforms
- Tech Savvy
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Payroll, billing, or staffing agency experience is a plus
- Flexible Work Schedule
- Intimate office setting
- $25/hour
- 20 hours weekly
This role will be in person, with flexibility to work remotely.
