You will be at the forefront of our social media strategy, crafting compelling visual narratives that capture attention and drive interaction. This role is perfect for a creative powerhouse with a deep understanding of social media trends and platform nuances. You will concept, create, and execute innovative content, playing a crucial part in communicating our brand message in a fresh, forward-thinking way.

Highlights
  • Anticipated start date around 3/30 to cover for mat leave, potential to extend
  • This s a hybrid role. Must be able to be onsite in Framingham, MA 2 days per week (Tues and Wed)
  • Some onsite work at store locations required to shoot social content (begins at 7:30AM EST)
  • 8 years  experience as a designer + 3 years in social media and/or editing
Responsibilities
  • Concept and create engaging content across social media platforms, including video, stories, and carousels, specifically tailored for each platform s unique audience and algorithm.
  • Actively participate in social media concepting sessions, bringing fresh ideas and a keen understanding of current trends.
  • Capture high-quality video and photo content in various settings, including on-site locations, to support social media initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely within a hands-on creative environment, working with creative management, designers, and writers.
  • Execute specific content requests based on daily, weekly, and monthly briefs, adapting to a dynamic business and social media landscape.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand strategy and guidelines, effectively communicating our brand message to drive traffic and transactions.
  • Partner with project management to meet objectives, schedules, and deadlines effectively.
  • Receive and integrate constructive, business-driven feedback to refine and adapt content in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience as a designer in a professional setting.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media content creation and/or editing.
  • Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the algorithms for major social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, and either Premiere Pro or After Effects.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools such as Cap Cut or Splice.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant assets, including video content, diverse content types (e.g., stories, carousels, reels, short-form videos), and links to personal social media platforms.
Preferred Skills
  • A sincere interest in content creation and the fashion industry.
  • Proven passion for and proficiency in social media platforms, both professionally and personally.
  • Skilled at capturing high-quality photography and video using a smartphone.
  • Strong understanding of typography and its application in digital media.
  • Intelligent thinking, strong organizational skills, and a high degree of accuracy in work.
