Framingham, MA 01702. Pay: $18.00/hr – $23.00/hr full‑time, weekdays 8am‑5pm.

We provide a career in house cleaning that includes training, no nights or weekends, flexible schedule, and the opportunity to advance within a growing franchise. You will keep families' homes clean and customers satisfied, while earning a reliable income.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Follow the proven process to delight every customer.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues in a friendly, positive, professional manner.
• If selected as Team Lead, manage the team’s schedule and safely drive the company vehicle.
• Maintain basic cleaning equipment and ensure the company car is loaded and in good condition.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check and E‑Verify participation.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm.
• Bilingual preferred; must communicate effectively with clients.

Earn a guaranteed minimum wage of $18.00/hr with potential to earn up to $900.00/week, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, earn up to $23/hr as Team Lead.

We provide a stable schedule, all cleaning supplies, training, appointments, uniform, and company car.
