Position: Speech and Language Pathologist (0.8 FTE)

POSITION SUMMARY

The Speech-Language Pathologist is accountable for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech and language disorders consistent with the policies of the Framingham Public Schools and in compliance with state and federal Special Education regulations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid Massachusetts Teaching license in Speech-Language Pathology and current and valid American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competency. Please note that licensure requirements are subjected to change at the discretion of DESE.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

A Master’s Degree with a supervised internship is preferred.

Spanish or Portuguese bilingual skills are preferred.

to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements, state and federal laws, and Framingham Public Schools policies (as long as the policies do not conflict with the Framingham Teachers Association (Unit
