Every Special Child is seeking three dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teachers for full-time opportunities in Framingham, Massachusetts. These positions involve supporting students ages 12–18 with emotional disabilities by providing individualized instruction and fostering a structured, supportive learning environment.

• Develop and implement individualized instruction aligned with students’ IEP goals.
• Deliver engaging lessons tailored to students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
• Create a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment.
• Implement positive behavioral interventions and classroom management strategies.
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and report on IEP goals.
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals, school administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Support students in developing emotional regulation, social skills, independence, and academic success.

• Appropriate Massachusetts Special Education teaching license required.
• Experience working with adolescents ages 12–18 and students with emotional disabilities preferred.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to provide individualized academic and behavioral support.
