MS Teams Deployment Engineer

MS Teams Deployment Engineer needs 6+ years solution engineering experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• MS Teams - Engineer who knows the ins and outs of meeting rooms
• Proven experience in deploying and managing Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and audiovisual conferencing technologies.
• Experience/knowledge working with Android, Windows, Intune, and MDM (mobile device management)
• Agile
• Certification in Microsoft Teams or related areas is a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate).
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting, endpoint management, and IT security
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of MTR configurations, settings, and user guides.
• Generate regular reports on system performance, utilization, and user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Lead and participate in MTR deployment projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently..
• deploying MS Teams globally; refreshing meeting room technology and replacing with Teams
• Work with third party vendor as well

• Point of contact for team when the business is in the stage of designing the meeting room
• Work with the audio visual suppliers providing equipment for the meeting rooms
