Spring Co-op:
Candidates must be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) in a hybrid, in-office format from January 11, 2027 through June 25, 2027. No relocation assistance is available. Being currently authorized to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position.

THE ROLE

We're looking for an Electrical Engineering Co-Op to join the Premium Consumer Audio Electrical Engineering team. The Electrical Engineering Co-Op will design/evaluate new technologies for future Bose products. Our team looks to the future of consumer audio products and develops prototypes to evaluate future product improvements that include sensor technologies, audio amplifier architectures, and electronics miniaturization.

The Co-Op will have the opportunity to work on several projects:

  • (1) Lead active advanced development work on new sensor technologies (inertial, bio-sensing, optical, capacitive/inductive, force/pressure, environmental)
  • (2) Work alongside experienced Bose engineers on day-to-day product development and validation activities
  • (3) Support Cadence library parts creation
  • (4) Automate Cadence library part creation using AI

This is an opportunity for a highly motivated electrical engineering student to investigate cutting-edge sensing technologies, design experiments, build/validate prototypes, analyze data, automate processes, and influence technology decisions that may shape future consumer electronics experiences. If you're the type of person who doesn't stop until you understand how something works and loves being hands-on in the lab, we'd love to meet you.
