- Lead the Quality / Performance Improvement activities across the hospital.
- Integrate the Quality / Performance Improvement Program activities for medical and hospital‑wide staff.
- Manage data and reporting for Quality / Performance Improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the Quality / Performance Improvement department and staff.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures that pertain to HIPAA, including the minimum requirements for the DCQI position.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Education:
Registered Professional Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate degree in inpatient care related field. - Experience:
5 years experience in Quality Assurance / Performance Improvement. - Certification:
- Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in the state of practice or policy.
- CPHQ or eligible to take the exam within two years of employment.

Salary: $126,880 – $197,600 (individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience).
