Palliative Personal Care: A Service of Worcester Home Care is looking for skilled and experienced CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs to provide compassionate and reliable support to our seniors who are in transition, returning from rehab or in hospice care. Nursing students are also welcome to apply!

We offer a unique 1:1 care model, which allows you to focus on one senior at a time, ensuring that you can concentrate on providing the highest-quality care. This approach helps prevent burnout and allows for a more meaningful connection with our seniors. It also allows us to offer longer shifts for you with one client a day!

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and reliable support to seniors in 1:1 care settings, focusing on one client at a time.
• Work with seniors in transition, returning from rehab or in hospice care.
• Nursing students are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Current CNA, HCA or PCA certification
• Nursing students need to have completed clinicals
• Must have professional references to confirm your technical skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance
• Willing to perform shifts within a 30 minute drive of your home

Pay and Schedule

Pay: $22-$23/hr
- MUST LIVE IN MIDDLESEX OR NORFOLK COUNTIES FOR THIS PAY RATE. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shifts: Per-diem

• Job Types: Part-time, Per diem
• Expected hours: 16 – 45 per week
