Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $20.25/hr

Home Instead of Northborough & Natick, MA is now hiring in-home Care Professionals to perform the essential work of keeping seniors safe, comfortable, and  cover all of the Greater Worcester Area and the Metro West, over 32 towns and communities. We have a variety of shifts available, both FULL TIME and PART TIME! We can create a schedule that fits into anyone's needs.

No certification required. We offer all the training you will need.

Care Professionals Help With a Variety Of Tasks Including

• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
• Companionship

An Ideal Care Professional Must Have

• A passion for helping others
• A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
• A strong work ethic and dependability
• COVID-19 Vaccination
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Compensation

$17.00-$20.25 per hour depending on level of care and location of the client. Mileage Reimbursement is $0.66 per mile.
