Per Diem Caregiver - Make a Real Difference with First Light Home Care

• We’re looking for dedicated Per Diem Caregivers who want flexible work and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.

• Help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home by providing:
• Gentle personal care and mobility support
• Warm companionship and uplifting conversation
• Meal preparation and light household tasks
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Clear communication and documentation to support care plans
• Every shift you work creates comfort, dignity, and peace of mind for a family in need.

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (family or professional)
• A compassionate, patient, and dependable nature
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• CPR/First Aid and CNA/HHA certifications are a bonus

• $20/hour with opportunities for extra hours
• Per diem scheduling—you choose when you work
• A supportive, caring team that values your contribution
