Position Overview

Physical Therapist – Inpatient & Outpatient. Full-Time.

Location:

Framingham, MA. Day Shift (8-hour shifts, some weekends required). Compensation: $39.00 – $61.28 per hour (based on experience). Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (paid over 2 years). Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking skilled Physical Therapists to join a dynamic healthcare team in Framingham, Massachusetts. This opportunity includes openings in both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing a well‑rounded clinical experience. In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients restore mobility, improve function, and achieve the highest level of independence.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Respond to physician orders and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
• Administer and interpret diagnostic tests and functional assessments
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with physical therapy best practices
• Establish functional goals aligned with patient and family expectations
• Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist (preferred)
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA required)
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including occasional weekends
