United Health Group is seeking a Senior Living Physical Therapist for a full-time role serving adult to geriatric patients. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, direct treatments, supervision of PT assistants, home exercise program development, and patient/family education in an outpatient setting.
Requirements include current PT licensure in the state, reliable transportation, and CPR (preferred).
