DIRECTOR of DINING SERVICES – FRAMINGHAM, MA

Salary: $85,000 – $90,000

As a Director of Dining Services, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations for a dining account, manage and lead a team of associates, maintain client relations, and ensure superior quality of food offered to customers.

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments.
• Work with the chef and management team to create menus and provide top‑quality food.
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Roll out new culinary programs.

• BS in Hospitality or Culinary (preferred).
• Three to five years of food‑service operation experience.
• High‑volume production and catering experience (essential).
• Previous experience managing a budget.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top‑notch food‑service company.
