Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist – Junior

Location: Framingham, MA (Hybrid – 2 days a month in office, additional days as needed.)

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with all parties involved.
• Provide versatile support to recruiters, managing high‑volume tasks efficiently.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across various locations, including virtual and in‑person.
• Handle candidate communications via email, phone, and text, ensuring timely responses.
• Assist with candidate travel arrangements and process reimbursements as needed.
• Draft and issue offer letters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
