Responsibilities- Lead the implementation and monitoring of the Pay Transparency Act and related regulations across U.S. states.
- Manage relevant compensation and benefit surveys, conducting targeted benchmark studies and enabling the use of this data through competitiveness analyses.
- Manage the performance, salary, and promotion cycles for both U.S. entities, which may have different cycles and processes.
- Review the existing compensation programs (cross-training, certification achievement, promotion criteria, etc.) to determine effectiveness and relativeness; recommend modifications as needed.
- Engage with benefits broker(s) to review and market benefit plans for competitive pricing and offerings.
- Responsible for HR‑related data and report generation as it relates to benefits renewals, open enrollments, billing, compensation, and headcount.
- Manage the entire benefits renewal process and vendor relationships.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Chair the Benefits Advisory group.
- Act as the initial point of contact for employee questions related to HR and benefits.
- Recommend and plan employee engagement events and activities, leading LFB USA’s Activities Committee.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of related experience in a similar industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment‑related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Working knowledge of Workday and ADP Workforce Now highly desirable.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent acquisition systems.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000 annually. Compensation will depend on factors such as relevant skills, experience, and internal equity.
