Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to architect, deploy, and maintain enterprise‑grade network solutions that enable secure, high‑performance business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in network design, optimization, troubleshooting, and the ability to support cross‑functional IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high‑performing network solutions.
- Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and performance optimizations.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.
- Monitor and manage network infrastructure to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Use advanced monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and resolution.
- Perform firmware updates, patches, and configuration maintenance.
- Troubleshoot complex issues involving connectivity, latency, and security.
- Provide Tier 3 support and collaborate with IT teams for integrated solutions.
- Analyze traffic patterns and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and risks.
- Implement and maintain network security controls (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS).
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with standards.
- Lead and support major network transformation initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.
- 10+ years of experience in Network Engineering with strong design and implementation background.
- Deep knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
- Strong hands‑on experience with routers, switches, wireless controllers, and firewalls.
- Expertise with VPN, IDS/IPS, Zscaler, SD‑WAN (Traditional, Viptela, Meraki), and ISE.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Logic Monitor and Wireshark.
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Preferred
Certifications: - CCNP / CCIE or equivalent.
- SD‑WAN (Traditional / Viptela / Meraki), Wireless, ISE, Switches, Routers.
